Lets see if I can keep this up

I made it to Tulum, Mexico just as the sun was going down, and while it was pretty, it doesn't leave much for exploring this evening.

I just wanted to post something other than the previous "I won't be posting" post so if people wander by they'll keep coming back.

Right now my spanish sucks, but I'm getting by. I found my way from the charter and 1st class busses to a collectivo, which I'm pretty proud of. I almost gave up, but knew they were out there somewhere. Then I didn't ask the driver if he knew where my hostel was until he'd already past it and had to shell out another 40 pesos for a taxi, but it was a good learning experience.

tomorrow it's riding around Tulum by bike. and figuring out how to get pictures on here. well, that may be for next week.

Oh, and my brother wanted my itinerary. So since I have it typed up, here it is:

I am so excited for you and am so glad that you are going to blog about your adventures in Central America. I am going to start writing in spanish on here to help you but first I must figure out how to put accent marks when I type on a mac. Then the comments will role in espanol (with a tilde n, of course!)! Take care and I love you!
